Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships, generating sales leads and scheduling appointments, educating clients on insurance options and recommending appropriate coverage, processing insurance sales, payments, renewals, and policy changes, assisting with local marketing and performing daily office tasks, and contributing to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment.

Requirements include being self-motivated with a positive attitude, willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License, having a valid Texas ID/DL, having reliable transportation and being willing to commute between locations, availability Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm, preferred bilingual in Spanish, required English, and must be 18+.
