Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
What You'll Do:
Tier 1 – Level 1 (Entry-Level Support)
- Handle general payment-related inquiries and support customers with basic account questions.
- Direct calls to appropriate levels as needed.
- Assist customers with web portal and troubleshoot issues.
- Complete project work such as ACH failures, address verifications, and invoice rejections.
- Help with 30-day collections calls.
- Gain knowledge and understanding of Granger as a company, its history, & service offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 2 years' experience working in customer service or equivalent environment required
- Strong Microsoft Office and 365
- Bilingual experience is a plus
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position and pass a physical and drug screen including marijuana (pre-employment and random)
