Job Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, managing all order activity from quote through delivery

Process and manage sales orders, change orders, RMAs, and shipping coordination with accuracy and urgency

Build strong customer relationships while proactively communicating updates, delays, and solutions

Collaborate with plant schedulers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Support quoting activities alongside Sales Engineers, including custom product configurations

Monitor open orders and production schedules to identify risks and escalate when needed

Promote products, services, and sales initiatives to existing customers
