Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented Temporary Staff to assist with data entry and document scanning to help address a backlog of case files within the office. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and word processing tasks with high accuracy
• Scan and digitize case files to reduce physical backlog
• Maintain proper organization of documents and records
• Ensure quality assurance and accuracy of entered/scanned dat
• Handle confidential materials with discretion and professionalism
• Follow established procedures and instructions carefully

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
• ny prior experience in office work, data entry, or document scanning is acceptable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• bility to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable following instructions and meeting deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data entry and quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Capture Pro, or Content Manager
• Experience handling confidential or sensitive information

Misc. Information:

• Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
• No free parking available; paid parking may be limited due to midtown location
• Location is accessible via train, bus, cab, or rideshare (Uber, etc.)
• This is a fully on-site role (no remote/telecommuting option)
• Interviews may be conducted remotely or in person
• Training will be provided
