Description
Our client is looking to fill the role of Data Entry Coordinator. The Data Coordinator II is responsible for maintaining investigator and site data, supporting transparency reporting (Open Payments/Sunshine Act), and ensuring high data quality across clinical systems. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple data streams in a regulated environment.
- Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Danbury
- Pay Rate: $26-$30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and QC investigator/site data in internal databases from multiple sources
- Manage transparency reporting spend data from vendors and internal teams
- Monitor and respond to service mailbox inquiries (investigator/site requests, data updates, vetting)
- Review forms and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards
- Perform complex web-based research and data validation
- Build and maintain Excel trackers and reports; reconcile datasets and resolve discrepancies
- Support Open Payments/Sunshine Act reporting (data prep, submissions, quarterly reviews)
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to collect and validate data
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and special projects
- Support Compliance in resolving data issues and disputes
Required Qualifications:
- Strong Excel proficiency (required)
- Experience with clinical trial data, investigator/site data, or regulated environments preferred
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
