Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related cleaning and maintenance requests throughout the day
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors across all areas
• Dust and wipe desks, tables, windowsills, and other surfaces
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and restock supplies as needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replacing liners to maintain cleanliness
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to ensure clarity and shine
• Respond swiftly to additional cleaning or maintenance needs as they arise
• Perform other related duties to support facility operations

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Knowledge and adherence to health and safety guidelines
• Flexibility to work in varied environments such as offices, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on location needs
