Deckhand / Dock Attendant

Description

Assist customer with docking boat at fuel dock and/or dry storage docks, fueling, waste tank disposal, and other such customer service-oriented tasks.

Perform daily supply and cleanliness checks for dry storage restrooms.

Perform daily trash pickup on grounds of the marina property.

Empty trash receptacles located on fuel dock and around the dry storage areas.

Empty pet waste stations - as needed.

Assist with over the counter sells in ship store - as needed.

Assist in maintaining adequate stock in ship store - as needed.

Relationships:

Report directly to Marina Management

Maintain close working relationships with all Erwin Marine staff as necessary to deliver exceptional customer service.

Housekeeping / Safety:

Keep ship store and dock areas clean and organized at all times in a manner that will leave customers with a positive impression.

Follow company safety guidelines

Personal:

Maintain professional attire according to company policy.

Be prompt and dependable maintaining a pleasant and amiable demeanor.
