New Hope Solebury Dental Associates, located in the beautiful, small river town of New Hope, Pennsylvania, is searching for a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are a multispecialty practice that has been serving the New Hope community for over 20 years and is now owned by our very own Dr. Meghan Sullivan Walsh and her husband. Our team is focused on providing high quality, patient centered dentistry where our patients are listened to and valued. The vision of our office is to provide a unique patient experience through compassionate care and a personal relationship. We seek an eager to learn and team focused Coordinator who excels in:
Having a service-minded, 5-star approach to patient care
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Creating positive relationships with patients and team members
Ability to manage schedules for optimal productivity and efficiency
1+ years of Dental Office experience (Preferred)
3+ years of administrative experience (Required)
Experience with Open Dental and/or Dentrix is a big plus!
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Answering phone to schedule appointments and answer patient questions
Keeping the front office clean and welcoming
Greet and check in patients when they arrive for their appointments
Check patients out and scheduled needed treatment
Collect copays when necessary
Verify insurance information and go over treatment plans
All other duties as assigned by the Office Manager and Doctors
The schedule is full-time. No late nights or weekends make for a wonderful work/life balance!
Mondays through Fridays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
We are offering a competitive hourly wage starting at $18/hour (based on experience), along with the following benefits:
