📍 Onsite – Colorado Springs

We are hiring an R&D Engineer – Software with strong experience in DevOps, CI/CD automation, build & release engineering, and software deployment workflows. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about automation, build reliability, and scalable development infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins & Git

• Manage build automation, packaging, and deployment workflows

• Support installation frameworks such as Docker, InstallShield, Chocolatey, and NuGet

• Improve software build performance, reliability, and repeatability

• Handle version control, branching, merging, and release processes

• Support Windows/Linux development environments and DevOps infrastructure

• Collaborate with global R&D teams, including teams in India

Required Skills:

✔ CI/CD Automation & DevOps Engineering

✔ Jenkins (Groovy Pipelines), Git, Docker

✔ InstallShield, Chocolatey, NuGet, Artifactory

✔ Scripting: Python, C#, Shell

✔ Windows System Administration & Linux Exposure

✔ Build/Release Engineering

✔ Troubleshooting & Debugging Skills

✔ Agile Tools: Jira & Confluence

Preferred:

⭐ Test & Measurement or Instrumentation Software experience

⭐ Hardware/Software integrated application environments

⭐ Experience working with distributed international teams

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field required.
