FLSA STATUS: Exempt, Salary Salary Range: $60k-$70k 

This position is an in-person position located at 104 Southeastern Parkway, Franklin, TN 37064. This position is not eligible for work from home unless otherwise noted or for emergency closures. The standard hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Digital Marketing & CRM Manager supports GraceWorks’ digital engagement strategy through email marketing, CRM-supported communication efforts, audience segmentation, digital advertising coordination, and marketing automation initiatives. This role helps strengthen donor, volunteer, and community engagement by managing digital campaigns, supporting audience communication journeys, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring marketing platforms and communication tools are effectively supporting organizational goals. 

This position is ideal for a digitally savvy marketing professional who is data-aware, organized, collaborative, and comfortable utilizing CRM and marketing platforms to improve engagement and communication effectiveness. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Manage and utilize Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and related marketing tools to support digital campaigns, audience engagement, and communication initiatives. 
  2. Build and deploy email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting. 
  3. Support automated email journeys and engagement workflows for donors, volunteers, neighbors, and community partners. 
  4. Maintain audience lists and support CRM data cleanliness and organization to improve communication effectiveness. 
  5. Monitor email campaign performance and engagement metrics and provide actionable recommendations based on results. 
  6. Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and related platforms in partnership with vendors or contractors. 
  7. Track digital campaign performance, engagement trends, and conversion metrics. 
  8. Support seasonal campaigns, fundraising initiatives, thrift store promotions, and organizational marketing efforts through digital channels. 
  9. Provide strategic coordination and oversight for social media alignment, campaign messaging, and content calendar collaboration with team members and contractors. 
  10. Support website updates, landing pages, online forms, and campaign tracking in partnership with web vendors and internal teams. 
  11. Ensure digital communication tools, forms, and campaign links are functioning properly and aligned with campaign objectives. 
  12. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Development, and Leadership teams to support communication and engagement goals. 
  13. Stay current on digital marketing trends, audience engagement strategies, and best practices.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or relevant experience required 
  • 3+ years Digital Marketing experience required

Able to effectively work with a diverse range of individuals 

Service and ministry minded with Christlike attitudes 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

The position is in a retail and warehouse setting that involves everyday risks or discomforts that require standard safety precautions and may encounter hot working conditions based on the season.  

  • Must be able to lift 15lbs. 
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
