Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations by handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to determine assignments and material needs
• Move freight, stock, and materials between storage, production areas, and loading docks
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
• Operate industrial trucks and warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory for accuracy
• Pack and unpack items for storage or shipment
• Maintain accurate records of units handled using production sheets or systems
• Assist with inventory control, including stock verification and organization

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and basic recordkeeping skills
• Ability to lift and move materials and work in a fast-paced environment
