Job Opportunity

Direct Care Staff will provide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also continually supervising THRIVE students. Full time. Responsibilities-Duties: The 3rd shift Direct Care staff is responsible to the Campus Manager and LEAD Staff Oversee student dorms area 3rd shift and student safety check; Stock paper products in dorms; Use the checklist to check supplies Assist with laundry Routine safety check; set alarm when needed Search for contraband in lockers and rooms Administer discipline as is necessary according to THRIVE policies Minister to students as opportunity arises and/or during scheduled sessions Work with other departments to comply with all COGNIA & TCUSA regulations All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Manager Requirements shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement Knowledge of Christian discipleship and mentor relationships High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications 30 hours of training in childcare or related field (Provided by THRIVE) Maintain First Aid and CPR certification (Certification training provided by THRIVE) At least 1 year full time ministry experience Benefits On campus housing available Medical-Dental PTO Holidays/sick day
