Salary: $16 per hour

About the Role

We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one care and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. As a DSP, you'll help individuals achieve greater independence, participate in daily activities, and live meaningful lives—all while working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Support individuals in home and community settings per their Individual Support Plans

Encourage participation in social, recreational, and leisure activities

Promote independence in daily routines like cooking, cleaning, and hygiene

Assist with transportation to appointments and community events

Document daily progress and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with other care professionals and families

Required Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and good driving record

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to meet clients

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a home or community-based setting

Background in caregiving, human services, or special education
