Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to service an individual Cherry Hill, NJ. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $17-$24.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
• Help individuals develop skills to live independently and engage in community activities
• Foster positive relationships with individuals, families, and community members
• Create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thrive
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized service plans
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
