What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by:

• Assisting with daily living skills (cooking, hygiene, household tasks)
• Administering medications and following care plans
• Supporting community participation and activities
• Encouraging independence and personal goals
• Providing compassionate, person-centered support

Every day is different-and rewarding.
What Makes This Role Unique

This is a Part-Time or Full-Time Program Generalist position, meaning you'll work across multiple program locations in Centre County, gaining a wide range of experience while supporting different individuals and teams.
