Disney Vacation Club Driver
Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is a vacation ownership program that offers Guests the opportunity to enjoy Disney experiences across a growing portfolio of destinations for years to come.
The DVC Driver plays a critical role in delivering a seamless and engaging Guest journey by safely transporting Guests throughout the Walt Disney World Resort and surrounding areas to Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center locations. This role goes beyond transportationāDrivers create meaningful, high-touch interactions that enhance the Guest experience, alleviate potential travel-related stress, and reinforce the storytelling and service excellence synonymous with Disney.
In addition to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vehicles, DVC Drivers are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized, and show-ready environment at all times. This includes performing routine interior and exterior upkeep using approved products and adhering to established safety and operational standards.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Lake Buena Vista, FL, reporting to the Sales Support & Services Manager.
What You Will Do
- Provide travel assistance to Guests to and from Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Centers across Walt Disney World Resort
- Deliver a high level of Guest interaction with an outgoing, engaging, and service-focused approach
- Engage Guests through storytelling, sharing property knowledge, Disney trivia, and more to enhance the experience
- Communicate what Guests can expect during their visit while transporting Members and Guests
- Maintain knowledge of Disney Vacation Club offerings and key property locations
- Navigate and execute accurate pick-up and drop-off procedures across WDW Parks and Resorts
- Immerse Guests in the Disney experience by providing relevant property information throughout transport
- Support basic Guest recovery as needed to ensure a positive overall vacation experience
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record, demonstrating a minimum of five (5) years of safe driving experience
- Proven ability to safely operate and maintain passenger vehicles (up to 15 passengers), with awareness of basic mechanical and safety indicators
- Demonstrated strong Guest service skills, with the ability to build rapport, deliver engaging experiences, and support seamless Guest transitions in partnership with cross-functional Cast Members
- Working knowledge of Disney Vacation Club, with the ability to quickly learn property layouts and navigation across Walt Disney World Resort
- Proficiency in utilizing operational technology, including radio communication systems, touchscreen devices, and mobile applications
- Ability to support Guests with accessibility needs through operation of ADA-compliant equipment and inclusive service practices
- Physical capability to stand or sit for extended periods, and safely lift and maneuver items up to 25 lbs (e.g., luggage, personal belongings, car seats)
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to successfully complete required training through hands-on practice, observation, and formal assessments

- Demonstrated ability to proactively resolve Guest concerns by leveraging sound judgment and collaborating with appropriate partners to deliver seamless outcomes
- Strong storytelling capabilities with a proven ability to create engaging, memorable Guest interactions that enhance the overall Disney experience
- Solid understanding of Walt Disney World operations, products, and services, with the ability to translate knowledge into meaningful Guest engagement
- Extensive knowledge of Walt Disney World parks, resorts, and property logistics to support accurate navigation and enriched storytelling
- Multilingual proficiency, enhancing the ability to connect with and support a diverse global Guest population

The pay rate for this role in Lake Buena Vista, FL is $20.60 to $25.75 per hour. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
