Job Title: District Driver (Part-Time)

Reports To: Director of Transportation/Director of Vocational Education and CTE

Job Purpose: To safely transport PACE students to instructional classes and activities.

Qualifications-Required:
High School diploma
NJ Class B Operator's License - School Bus and Passenger
Ability to drive a school bus and passenger van in all types of weather conditions
Able to pass the required Criminal History Review
Able to pass the Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure Process
Able to pass pre-employment physical examination

Duties/Responsibilities:
Safely transport PACE students to training sites
Properly care for and secure district vehicle
Obeying all traffic laws and maintaining legal speeds
Ability to drive for an extended period of time

Working Conditions:
Daytime Availability
Transportation Office
PACE Training/Worksites
Morning, Midday and afternoon runs daily
Stipend: $100 per day
Dates: September 2026 - June 2027
NTE 150 days
