Title: Document Scanning
Pay: $26.60/hour
Location: Chelmsford, MA (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary; as low as 6 hours/day depending on workload)
Duration: 2–6+ month contract

Role Overview
The Document Scanning & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for converting thousands of physical files into digital records while maintaining accuracy and organization. This role requires strong attention to detail and comfort working with office equipment and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and digitize large volumes of paper files
- Upload and organize digital documents into internal systems
- Maintain accurate and structured filing systems
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents
Ideal Background
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience
- Experience using office equipment (scanners, copiers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check
- Fingerprinting required
