Driver II – Part Time

Delivers infusion related medication and supplies as well as enteral feedings and supplies to patient homes. Obtains necessary signatures and completes all documentation. Makes sure assigned vehicle is properly maintained. Cleans and verifies operation of returned pumps. Checks in deliveries and restocks warehouse shelves. Participates in the on-call rotation.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Delivers infusion related medication and supplies to patients homes.
• Delivers enteral feedings and supplies to patient homes.
• Picks up, cleans, tests and returns pumps to stock.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possesses valid Michigan chauffeur's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must have neat appearance and cooperative attitude.
• Ability to maintain a positive, courteous and helpful approach in relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and colleagues.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
