What Your Day Looks Like:

• Hit the road with your teammate in one of our clean blue trucks
• Greet customers, explain our service, and close sales on-site
• Lift and remove items (75 lbs+) safely and efficiently
• Sort recyclables and donations (we keep as much as possible out of landfills)
• Work with dispatch to stay organized and on schedule
• Deliver excellent service every step of the way

What We're Looking For:

• 21+ with a valid CA driver's license & clean driving record for 3+ yrs
• Strong communicator & comfortable engaging with customers
• Physically capable and willing to work on your feet
• Reliable, positive, and a true team player
• Can work at least one weekend day
• Smartphone for routing and job apps
