Dump Truck Operator

In this role, you will safely operate dump trucks to transport aggregates, sand, gravel, and other construction materials to job sites throughout the region. As a key member of our operations team, you will help ensure timely material delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tandem axle and/or tri-axle dump trucks
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate daily logs
• Load and unload materials at quarries, job sites, and our facilities
• Deliver materials to construction sites, ensuring proper placement and customer satisfaction
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws
• Maintain clean equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with clean driving record
• Current Medical Card (DOT Physical)
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable dump truck driving experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
• High school diploma or GED preferred
