In this role, you'll collaborate with a global network of experts, turning forwardthinking concepts into cuttingedge prototypes. You'll have the freedom to explore new ideas, solve complex design challenges, and influence products that directly support a more sustainable energy future.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Contribute inventive electrical design ideas to R&D projects
- Lead or support initiatives aligned with time, cost, and quality objectives
- Coordinate prototype manufacturing and testing activities
- Design and execute experiments to validate technical solutions
- Document project progress and develop design rules from findings
- Participate in intellectual property discussions and risk evaluations
- Provide technical support to factories, marketing teams, and customers
- Collaborate with global R&D peers to optimize electrical designs
- Support costout initiatives and design portfolio development for the South Boston location
Your Background
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in electrical design, ideally within transformers
- R&D experience in a business or industrial environment is beneficial
- Knowledge of magnetic, dielectric, or thermal design preferred
- Familiarity with FEM or 2D circuitsimulation tools is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a creative, solutionoriented mindset
