Electro-Mechanical Assembler/Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Produce equipment by assembling parts and subassemblies as per OMS, and workmanship standards.
  • Produce cable and harness as per wiring diagram.
  • Perform testing of assemblies per test procedure.

Duties:

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions (OMS) specifications, workmanship standards and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
  • Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
  • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • High school diploma + Min 3 years (CM) Manufacturing Experience PCB Assembly.
  • Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing Quality, Mechanical Inspection Tools, Tooling, Safety Management, Power Tools experience will be plus. (CM) Contract Manufacturing.

Pay Range: $20-$25
