Electronics/Blend Center Assembly Department

We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, continuous learning, safe use of hand-held power tools, and contributing to a team environment.

• The starting wage is $17.10/hour with an opportunity to earn an extra $1 per hour for perfect attendance each week.

Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products or components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Assembly Operator Essential Functions:

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable, good attendance.
• Capable of matching and fitting parts in sub-assemblies
• Perform testing operations.
• Ability to cross-train in various areas.

Equipment Used

• Hand, air and power tools
• Quality testing equipment

Work Environment

This job operates in a manufacturing environment with no air conditioning and loud machine noises. Employee is required to wear safety glasses at all times.
