Project Associate
Location: Sewell, NJ Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Starting at $20/hour + Bonus Potential

This role builds and manages relationships within the NEST Independent Service Provider (ISP) network, supporting bid reviews, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposal preparation, benchmark pricing analysis, and scheduling to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service delivery for clients. The Associate partners with Specialists and Project Managers to drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem resolution, workflow optimization, and adherence to company policies and values.
- Networks with Independent Service Providers including plumbers, electricians, handymen and others through the NEST Independent Service Provider (ISP) network.
- Assists Specialists and Management in the reviewing bid/proposal process to validate the scope of work and pricing, focusing on getting the best price for our client. Based on client benchmarks, the Associate will review for accuracy, as well as opportunities to cut costs.
- Demonstrates the ability to gather, and assist with submitting detailed business information for evaluation, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospect's business problems.
- Supports Specialists and Project Manager's with Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and coordinating with the contacts involved, reviewing and analyzing the Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quote (RFQ) customer documents utilizing strategic acumen, problem solving skills and the vision necessary to help develop unique solutions for a variety of clients.
- Assists in preparation of quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers.
- Follows up with ISPs on outstanding proposals and any other required information as needed.
- Fully understands and implements NEST values: Responsibility to our clients, to each other and to our providers.
- Provided support and counseling to employees regarding proper job and system processes and procedures as required.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Client correspondence (service calls) and communicate effectively with the client on all general questions and issues and resolve within organization.
- Maintains client satisfaction by responding to problems quickly through investigation and resolution.
- Familiarity with 3rd Party correspondence (i.e. Facility Source, Service Channel), ISP Portal and IVR Systems.
- Basic understanding of the Project department workflow and System Z (Internal Work order Management System)
- Assist with adding non-compliant ISPs to Work orders
- Assists in proactive and reactive ISP new hiring process.
- Adding proposals/preparing proposals (cost screen in System Z).
- Collects RFPs from NEST providers.
- Familiarity and understanding of client needs and their typical service requests.
- Identify new areas for benchmark pricing.
- Schedule services with ISPs and clients.
- Communicates with customers on sensitive and escalated items.
- Continually searches for faster, better, and more efficient ways to handle the workflow.
- Contributes to procedures that improve department's performance.
