Must demonstrate expertise in infant care and possess knowledge of appropriate developmental milestones. Responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants. Duties include feeding, diapering, engaging in playtime activities, and maintaining a daily routine. Must exhibit excellent communication skills, be reliable, and able to adapt to changing schedules. Attention to detail and ability to multitask are crucial. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
