Executive Administrative Assistant Hospitality & Real Estate Operations

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time Industries: Restaurant / Hospitality / Real Estate

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership across restaurant/hospitality operations and residential/commercial real estate initiatives. This role requires a proactive, fast-learning professional who operates with discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of independence.

This position is best suited for someone who has supported senior executives in fast-paced, operationally complex environments and is comfortable managing priorities across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive communications
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, restaurant teams, real estate partners, brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support restaurant operations, new initiatives, and special projects
  • Assist with real estate-related activities including property coordination, documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and operational documents
  • Anticipate needs, track follow-through, and manage competing priorities
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Weekly visits to the stores
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Restaurant or hospitality industry experience required
  • Real estate or commercial real estate experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Proficient in Spanish
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Has a "can-do" attitude, sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment towards his/her work responsibilities
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Perform HR and administrative duties as assigned
