Executive Assistant

LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Evansville, IN to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President of the company. This is a direct hire opportunity for a polished EA who thrives in a fastpaced, highly visible role and enjoys being a true business partner.

This role requires strong executive presence, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting both daytoday operations and highprofile initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the President
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare and support monthly reporting activities
  • Manage corporate credit card expenses and expense reporting
  • Support national sales meetings, including travel with the President (approximately ½ quarter, domestic)
  • Assist with meeting preparation, presentations, and followup
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) daily

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting an executive or Csuite leader
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and travel logistics
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and professional
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally

Compensation & Details

  • Salary: $80,000-$110,000 based on experience
  • Employment Type: Direct hire
  • Location: Onsite in Evansville, IN

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
