Forklift Reach Truck Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment, safely handling materials, and maintaining accurate inventory movement. This position requires strong attention to safety, organization, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck forklift to move, locate, stack, and retrieve products within the warehouse.
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and storage areas.
• Accurately pick and stage orders according to company procedures.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation when needed.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating a reach truck forklift.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic warehouse and inventory knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
