Serra CDJR Lake Orion is seeking an experienced maintenance/handyman to join our team in Lake Orion, MI. This role is integral to maintaining the overall upkeep and functionality of our facility to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues promptly and efficiently
• Assist with setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment as needed
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Comply with health and safety regulations in all tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a maintenance handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and best practices
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license is preferred
