Doug Anderson Plumbing and Heating is searching for a full-time Experienced Plumbing Apprentice - Heating Construction Installer to join our team in Billerica, MA.

You will work full-time, onsite in Billerica, MA, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. Enjoy consistent, steady hours that let you plan your life outside of work.

Each day, you will dive into underground, rough, and finish plumbing for both remodels and new construction projects. You will install heating systems, piping, and fixtures, ensuring that every task aligns with the project scope and specifications. You'll collaborate closely with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers, and will take pride in producing high-quality installations that reflect true professionalism and exceptional craftsmanship. Your day will also include system testing, culminating in customer walkthroughs to ensure complete satisfaction with your work.

Here's what you need to become our Experienced Plumbing Apprentice - Heating Construction Installer:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing and remodel installation experience
• Heating system installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Personal hand tools
• Ability to install sold jobs and complete all necessary setup and testing of systems
• Physical ability for lifting, ladder work, and work in confined spaces

Preferred:

• Journeyman Plumbing License or advanced apprentice-level experience
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software
• Ability to coordinate remodels and support junior crew members
