Extruder Operator – Manteno

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Extruder Operator - Manteno to join their dedicated team. As an Extruder Operator you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance.

Job Title: Extruder Operator - Manteno

Location: Manteno, IL

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 2-2-3 schedule, working from 6:45 am to 7:00 pm, with alternating weekends off

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain extrusion machinery to ensure continuous production of high-quality products

• Make precise adjustments and judgments to maintain product quality within specified standards

• Monitor line speed, uptime, and yield to meet or exceed productivity targets

• Observe safety protocols and adhere to HACCP, AIB, and SQF guidelines and policies

• Support Food Safety Culture activities and comply with relevant food safety management systems

What's Needed?

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Willingness to follow food safety and quality standards

• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation

• Basic understanding of machinery operation is a plus, but not required
