Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

A fabricator constructs, assembles, and repairs metal parts, components, or structures by interpreting blueprints and using tools like welders, cutters, and grinders. They work with raw materials to create finished products for industries such as manufacturing, and construction, while adhering to safety standards and conducting quality checks.

Fabricator Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED is typically required; technical school training or welding certifications are preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in welding techniques, metal fabrication processes, and blueprint reading.

Physical Ability: Strong physical stamina, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to lift heavy materials.

Attention to Detail: Precision in measurement and quality control.
