Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Burlington, NC 27215 Duration: 6 months Schedule: 32.5 to 40 hours per week Every other weekend required Potential for holiday rotations Position Summary Family Nurse Practitioners will work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidence-based care to a panel of patients. The team partners with the provider daily to drive improved health outcomes. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health conditions, patient counseling, and disposition planning. This role reports to the Practice Manager. Key Responsibilities Deliver primary and family care through accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patient health conditions Provide health counseling and develop appropriate care and disposition plans Perform routine examinations and manage patient appointments to support positive health outcomes Conduct diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care Support services including health screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management Encourage patient engagement and ownership of their healthcare journey Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner (family medicine, primary care, or urgent care) Strong understanding of quality measures in chronic disease management Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, and adaptability Ability to work independently and autonomously Comfortable working within a collaborative clinical care team model Proficient with healthcare technology and information systems Education & Certification Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification Active State License to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
