Final Assembly Associate

We are hiring a Final Assembly Associate for a growing manufacturing company in Tualatin serving the semiconductor industry. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and opportunities for career advancement.

In this role, you will help ensure finished products are assembled accurately, meet quality standards, and are properly prepared for shipment. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of finished products and components
• Build pallets and prepare products for shipment
• Clean, inspect, and package completed products
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Safely use hand and power tools to assemble parts and components
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation

Schedule

Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm

• Consistent overtime, some Saturdays

Pay

$20-24/hr depending on experience

Tualatin, OR – not accessible by public transportation
