Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee financial operations, including transaction processing, disbursements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger using Sage 100/MAS (preferred).
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Process electronic deposits and manage bank account reconciliations.
- Handle payroll processing using Paychex (preferred).
- Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for efficient task management.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or High School Diploma with extensive experience (preferred).
- Strong math, calculator, and typing skills.
- Working knowledge of Sage 100/MAS and Paychex (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in Bank Account Reconciliation and General Ledger Applications.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, detail-oriented environments.
