Position: High School Personal Finance Teacher (Full-Time) Location: Phoenixville, PA Rate: $50/hour

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Standard school-day schedule (specific hours set by the school)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Personal Finance courses to high school students
• Develop effective lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with school curriculum and standards
• Maintain high academic and behavioral expectations
• Assess student progress and provide meaningful, timely feedback
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school events
• Build a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Valid secondary teaching certification (or eligibility), preferred
• Prior experience teaching high school students, strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of personal finance topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, credit, and financial planning
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
• Deep commitment to helping students develop practical, lifelong financial skills
