We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lite Assembly Technician to join our 1st shift team.

This role involves assembling small to medium-sized components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
• Use basic hand tools and small power tools to complete assemblies
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure accuracy of finished products
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Package finished products as required
• Report any defects, issues, or shortages to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Submission to a criminal background check

Preferred Skills

• Experience with light manufacturing or production environments
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Lift up to 25-35 lbs as needed
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Good vision for detailed assembly work
