Summary: Ensures quality guest service satisfaction in a professional and friendly manner by greeting and thanking guests for dining in our restaurants; operates and maintains guest reservations; works with the MICROS system to record all sales transactions; assists team members as needed or requested. In order to ensure satisfactory service for all patrons, a F&B CSR performs many different tasks such as food preparation, cleaning duties, act as a cashier/hostess and take food and beverage orders.

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests in a friendly and timely manner; maintains superior customer service to all guests at all times.
• Completes all financial transactions in a friendly and timely manner.
• Completes all tasks required to receive a daily vault issued bank, including reporting and tips reconciliations.
• Actively complies with all Title 31 regulations as required/instructed.
• Manages reservations and wait lists.
• Properly seats guests following the assigned rotation of sections to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adheres to proper phone etiquette as directed by Management.
• Ensures Host areas and MICROS stations are kept clean and presentable at all times.
• Assists team members as needed while promoting a positive teamwork environment.
• Ability to perform all duties associated with all Food & Beverage operations and all related and compatible duties as required and/or assigned.
