Hi-Lo Driver Position

Staffing Inc is partnered with a client in Lake Odessa who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for Hi-Lo driver positions who are ready to start as soon as possible! The ideal candidate will be able to complete a drug screen and background check, and more.

Hi-Lo Driver Benefits:

• $17.82/hr
• Weekly pay
• 1st and 2nd shift options
• 8-10 hr days
• Benefits eligible when hired in

Hi-Lo Driver Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading semi-trucks and rail carts
• Wear appropriate PPE in cold storage department. (-10 degrees)
• Staging loads for the morning
• Put away finished goods that just came off the line
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Operates forklift with appropriate safety standards
• Perform and follow safety standards

Hi-Lo Driver Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Can work in extreme cold environment
• Be punctual with good attendance
• 1-year forklift experiences preferred
• Background check and drug test apply
• Basic math and hand-eye coordination skills
• Bend, twist, lift up to 30lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekend as needed
