Position : Forklift Operator

Timing : 6:00 am - 4 : 30 pm
Mon-Fri 40 Hours a week at minimum, 8-10 hour days seasonally plus scheduled Saturdays. 40-60 hours a week Jan-June. Longest Hours March-May 50-60 hours a week.

Job Description :
Pull finished goods product off line and put away in appropriate storage area.
Pick orders, Load/unload trucks, Inventory, Housekeeping. Large AWD forklift

2. Safety First Always Atmosphere. Workers must wear and supply their own safety toe boots. Hard Hats, Reflective Vest, Foam Lined Safety Glasses, Gloves and other PPE as needed are required and will be supplied by Scotts.
3. Workers will have a mandatory 30 minute scheduled lunch break off the clock in the middle of their shift. Scotts provides a break room with microwaves and refrigerators.
4. All positions are outdoor all year round weather conditions. Workers will need to provide themselves clothing to layer up and down as needed. Location of our facility is on river bottom ground, we package soil and mulch, so expect muddy, highly dusty, ice, and snow conditions.
5. Workers must pass Scotts background and drug screen requirements
6. Candidate must be flexible to schedule changes, within reason. Communication will be given in advance to changes and seasonal expectations.
