Ōnin Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for immediate openings on Monday through Friday shifts. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and gain additional equipment certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Transport products to designated storage areas
• Stack and organize pallets properly
• Inspect equipment daily to ensure safe operation
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Skills and Experience:

Skills: Ability to safely operate a forklift, strong attention to detail and safety awareness, good hand-eye coordination, ability to follow instructions and work independently, basic math and inventory skills, good communication and teamwork

Requirements:

• 1+ year of recent forklift experience (required)
• Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for long periods
• Lift up to 25–50 lbs when needed
• Work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, or noisy environments)
