Required Skills

• Proven experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently
• Ability to prepare shipments with accuracy and care to avoid damage

• Physical stamina to handle lifting, loading, and unloading tasks throughout the shift

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with inventory management or warehouse software
• Ability to assist with general warehouse duties beyond forklift operation
• Prior exposure to cross-docking or replenishment processes
• Forklift certification or training in additional warehouse machinery

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a strong plus
• Demonstrated reliability with consistent attendance history

Other Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Ability to follow strict safety protocols at all times
• Willingness to support team members as requested by supervisors
• Forklift certification in compliance with OSHA standards is required
