QPS Employment Group is hiring a Forklift Operator for a company in Cedar Falls, IA. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move product and materials throughout the warehouse
• Utilize handheld scanners to receive, track, and distribute supplies accurately
• Organize stock and merchandise by properly storing goods in designated locations
• Verify accuracy of incoming shipments and ensure all goods meet quality standards
• Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect inventory to management immediately
• Load outgoing shipments according to company standards to ensure products arrive in excellent condition
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Forklift Operator Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of sit-down forklift operation experience required
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and handheld scanners
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent attendance and reliability required
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently (approximately 50% of shift)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to operate a forklift safely after completing onsite training
• Use forklift, pallet jack, handheld scanners, and warehouse inventory systems
• Overtime may be required based on business needs and shipment schedules
• Safety glasses provided by the company; steel-toe boots required (employee must supply)
• On-the-job training provided, including forklift certification and safety procedures
