Each one provides a superior cancer care environment with a full spectrum of cancer related services for patients. Our multi-disciplinary team approach includes surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, women's centers, diagnostic imaging services, social service support, nutritionist, integrative services, and genetic counseling.

Position Overview:

A fast-paced medical practice is seeking an experienced and professional Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff performance. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, high-quality patient service, and compliance with healthcare standards. This is a Monday-Friday position in our Surprise Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and overall site performance
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative and clinical support staff
  • Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and office flow
  • Handle patient and external complaints and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure accurate handling of daily receipts and office reporting
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs
  • Generate routine operational and performance reports
  • Step in to support office staff as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a medical office or outpatient healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with EMR systems and medical billing processes
  • Knowledge of insurance procedures and healthcare regulations
  • Proficiency with computers, typing, and standard office software

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
