Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate

Hourly, Part Time
Schedule: Thursday–Monday (Part-Time) Includes mandatory staffing for the annual Celebration event in June
Reports To: Operations and Administrative Manager
Compensation: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Position Summary:
The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests and customers, providing a welcoming, professional, and organized front desk experience while supporting tour operations and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Check in guests for scheduled tours and events
- Monitor lobby traffic, work areas, and overall customer flow
- Facilitates correspondence with customers
- Communicate all customer questions, concerns, and complaints to management in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Customer Relations, Administrative, and Tour Operations teams
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive guest interactions
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Active listening and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Technical proficiency in customer records management, word processing, databases, email, and chat software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain upright and stationary for extended periods during a shift
- Ability to move throughout the lobby and front desk areas as needed
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or supplies weighing up to approximately 25 pounds
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and scanners
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via electronic means
Note: As Prince was a pescatarian, Paisley Park is a pescatarian food environment. Eggs, fish, and cheese are fine; beef, pork, chicken, and other meats can be eaten in your car, or you may take meals off-site.
