Front Desk Receptionist/Security
Per Diem - Working Thursday (8 pm - 12 am) and Sunday (4 pm - 12 am) Additional hours may be available!
Pay $16.80-$18.60 per hour (based on experience)
Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community, is currently seeking a Receptionist/Security Associate for our senior living community located in Collingswood, NJ.

What you'll do as a Receptionist/Security Associate -

Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a warm and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard

Monitor building security systems and cameras
-
Perform routine building walkthroughs to ensure safety (doors, lights, etc.)

Respond to emergency call systems and assist during incidents

Report on maintenance or safety concerns (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

Maintain logs and documentation for front desk and security activities

Provide general clerical and administrative support
Receptionist/Security Associate Requirements -
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Two (2) years of clerical, telephone and typing experience
-
Prior security, public safety, or similar experience preferred
