Job Description

$23.50/hr ($21.50/hr base + $2/hr shift differential)

Night Shift: Tuesday–Friday | 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Pen Argyl, PA

What You'll Do

  • Operate a front-end loader to keep production supplied with aggregates
  • Review production schedules to ensure accurate material usage
  • Load/unload trucks using forklifts and yard equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries
  • Communicate with supervisors to maintain efficient production flow
  • Inspect materials at shift end to ensure readiness for the next team
  • Operate conveyors and assist with material movement as needed
  • Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Experience operating front-end loaders and forklifts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
  • Basic math skills (weights, measurements, quantities)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and safety mindset
  • Ability to work night shift and in varying conditions

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar equipment/operator role preferred
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Strong communication skills
