A family-owned company in Eau Claire is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join their Distribution team. POSITION - Fulfillment Associate
JOB LOCATION - Eau Claire, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE - Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st Shift, 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
STARTING PAY - $16.00 per hour
BENEFITS - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders using handheld RF scanners
• Read pick tickets and verify product quantities and locations
• Restock inventory and maintain organized picking areas
• Package products safely and prepare shipments
• Assist with inventory counts and returned product processing
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and forklifts if certified
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to become forklift certified
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, crouch, climb, and perform physical warehouse duties
