Position: Full Time Custodian - PM Maude Wilkins Elementary School

Salary: As per contract

Available: July 1, 2026

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of plant operations and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; heating and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials; Black Seal low pressure preferred.
• Ability to perform well in a team environment and be task completion oriented; ability to read, write, and effectively communicate; must pass all physical and medical tests required; required to pass criminal background check; proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residence; valid driver's license.
